Welcome to the Webster NY Chamber of Commerce
The Webster NY Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization that is the voice of business in the Webster community. We are a non-governmental organization comprised primarily of business members. Our membership comes from the Webster New York economic footprint and is comprised of Fortune 500 corporations, generations old family businesses, service companies, retail (large and small) and sole proprietors of every type. We invite you to spend some time exploring the extensive information available on our website and we welcome your input. Thank you.
Business Killers Workshop
Chamber member M&T Bank co-hosted a follow-up seminar to the earlier Breakfast overview, entitled Business Killers. What will Uncle Sam, your family, your co-owners, and your staff do the moment you are no longer in charge of your business? Business valuation, understanding the law and taxes, succession planning, retirement planning were challenges presented. About 30% of businesses continue on to the second generation. What is your planning, against those odds? Chamber member and Board Director Anthony Ariola can direct you to the next step.
This Power Hour is an opportunity to introduce a colleague to the Chamber. LinkedIn is a popular topic in the business world, to which everyone can relate. A non-member can attend for $5.00; free to members. Register with Barb Baldwin at firstname.lastname@example.org or 585-265-3960.
