Jerry opened his office in May 1984 in the Sunrise Plaza with one employee selling auto, home, life and health insurance. He now has five employees helping him to sell and service this same line of insurance along with a wide range of bank and securities products. Jerry is the son of the very first State Farm Agent in Monroe County, Carm Christopher, so it is no surprise that he has stayed dedicated to this company and his many customers. Jerry attributes his longevity to top quality personal service. He and his staff go above and beyond all expectations to advocate for clients. He feels his consistent and loyal staff is a tremendous asset to his growing office.

In his free time, Jerry volunteers with the youth group (Cross Roads) at St. Paul's Church and sings in the church choir. He is a past board member of the Bayview YMCA and continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the Neighborhood Housing Service of Rochester. Every year he organizes the State Farm Team for the Chase Corporate Challenge. Jerry can be found regularly entertaining senior citizens in various nursing homes or assisted living communities in the area. He also has shared his musical abilities on-stage or when volunteering off-stage with the Webster Theatre Guild. Quite often, with his magnificent voice, he opens the Chamber breakfast meetings with his patriotic melodies. Jerry has set a standard of accomplishment in both business and the community.
