  Terasa-Lin Custom Embroidery
  182 North Ave., Webster
  585-872-9130

Terasa-Lin Custom Embroidery is a family owned business established in 1997. Owned by Ray and Sara Pfeifer and their daughter and son-in-law, Terrie and Bob Lincoln. At the time of its founding, Terrie was looking for a business that would allow her to spend time at home with her two grade school daughters, and Ray was looking down the road to his life after Xerox. In 1999 after 34 years with the company Ray retired from Xerox. Bob Lincoln is an analytical chemist with a local pharmaceutical company. Sara's background is in office management. Each brings their unique talents to Terasa-Lin.

Originally housed in the Lincoln's garage, that space was soon outgrown and they moved to their present location on North Avenue in 2000. While specializing in servicing large and small companies, schools, fraternal/service organizations, their North Ave location allows them to be available to the walk-in customer with a one time single item.

Terasa-Lin, while focusing on custom embroidery, they offer their clients the convenience of one stop shopping. Screen printing and promotional and specialty items are available. In house state of the art digitizing allows Terasa-Lin to be hands on in the entire production process. They are proud of the reputation for total customer satisfaction and service.

Ray and Sara have been involved in the Webster community for many years. From chairing the carnivals at Holy Trinity School to almost 30 years as members of the Webster Knights of Columbus, where Ray, while serving on most community activities sponsored by the Knights, rose through the offices reaching the office of State Deputy in 1991. At the present time both Ray and Sara are active in the Webster Kiwanis. Ray will start his term as Lt. Governor in October and Sara serves on the Board of Directors.

Terrie and Bob are active in St. Rita's church as leaders of PreCana groups, their local school district, the Eastridge Parents for music, Eastridge Colorguard and Winterguard. They are especially proud of their involvement with the Special Olympics Winterguard, founded by their daughter, Lauren, and made up of Webster Kiwanis Action Club members from Heritage Christian Services in Webster.

They are proud to be part of the Webster business community and members of the Webster Chamber of Commerce.

This is truly a special family working together and giving back to the community above and beyond expectations. Their business is unique, outstanding and very impressive. Their genuine conscientiousness always helps them to meet a tight deadline. Congratulations!
