Bill first learned the value of providing exceptional custom service and maintaining a high standard of integrity at a very young age while working at his uncle's corner store, Balsam Food Market, on Winton Road, Rochester. His first week of employment was spent learning the customers' names. He later carried that tradition with him while he worked for an accounting firm after graduating from RIT in 1981, and when he opened his own accounting firm in 1995. Initially, Bill worked out of home, then operated an office in Rochester, and in March 2004 bought a building on West Main Street in Webster, where he opened his office. He provides accounting services on both the business and personal level. He also provides additional services such as weekly payroll services, estate services, and financial statements.

Bill is actively involved with the Webster community and the Webster Chamber of Commerce. He has coached basketball and baseball for his sons' teams and has also been a score keeper for both of his son's basketball teams. Greg 14 and Scott 12 were on championship winning baseball teams this past season.

Bill is the Chamber's Treasurer, serves on the Budget Committee, and is Chairman of the Program Committee.

Bill's mom works at the CPA firm taking care of Administrative duties. His wife, Beth, is a nurse at Highland Hospital and was recently awarded a 25-year award. Beth is also very active with both boy's sports teams, acting as "Team Mom." Bill still finds time for his photography hobby (and golf, bowling, and cooking.)
