Nick Juskiw, President, CEO of Trident Precision Mfg., grew up in Rochester, worked as a tool & die maker and an engineer at Xerox Corp. Before opening Trident in 1979. The company has grown into a leading contract manufacturer of custom products, electro/mechanical assemblies, and precision metal components. As their reputation grew as a top quality manufacturer, so did their facility. After several expansions, their facility has grown to 145,000 sq.ft. and is still expanding.

Nick and his staff developed Trident's total quality strategy entitled "Excellence in Motion". This led to the company receiving the distinguished New York State Governors Excelsior Award in 1994. In 1996, in further efforts to achieve Excellence in Motion, Trident applied for and received the Malcolm Baldrige Award. Trident is one of only 15 small businesses to win this award nationally since it began in 1988.

Today, Trident is a leading Contract Manufacturer who provides products and services to a global community. Trident's customers demand products of the highest quality, consistently delivered in compliance with their schedules, in the most cost-effective manner. The Company's achievement of its key objective - Total Customer Satisfaction - has established Trident's reputation as an exceptionally reliable partner in the eyes of its customers.

Nick supports many community activities. He supports local baseball leagues, the Webster Arboretum, Webster Marching Band, Strong Children's Fund, Camp Good Days & Special Times, House of Hope, St. Mary's on the Lake, Webster Comfort Care. Plus, his employees are involved in the community. They conduct ongoing fund raising and deliver food throughout the year to five food closets.
