One day in passing, Tom Frank mentioned to the late Hank Catalino, that if he were ever interested in selling Hank's Ice Cream & Roast Beef Sandwiches to let him know. The call came in June, 1995 and then the adventure began.

Hank's is currently owned by brothers, Tom, Matt and Chris Frank and has grown to be more than just Roast Beef and Ice Cream. In recent years they have tripled in size, added an outdoor grill, outdoor seating and a beautifully landscaped patio. The grill serves your standard hot dogs and hamburgers but also offers some wonderful delicacies such as ostrich burgers, Portobelo mushroom burgers, turkey and veggie burgers and a fresh haddock fish sandwich. Hank's also offers an extensive carry-out menu. The restaurant is open ALL YEAR 'ROUND thanks to the addition of a large indoor seating area.

All three brothers play different roles in the business. Matt handles maintenance; Tom takes care of insurance and purchasing and Chris is in charge of payroll and banking. They all share the daily tasks of cooking, cleaning, managing, and overseeing all the other aspects of the business.

The Frank's are Webster natives who are proud to live, work and support their local community. They sponsor five local golf tournaments which support local causes such as the Webster Comfort Care Home, Webster High School, and Kiwanis Club. They also sponsor several local baseball teams, a soccer team as well as the Webster Library Reading Program.
