Quick-Dry Carpet Care is a business name that is frequently mentioned by the Webster Chamber of Commerce as a donor to new member gifts, Chamber door prizes, and a regular attendee of the Chamber meetings. Since Quick-Dry Carpet Care began serving the community on January 1, 2000, the business has provided a superior service to customers as well as engaged in a high level of community involvement. The owners, Sam Gange and Jim Baker, run a hands on business along with 1 additional employee. If you are having furniture, mattress, or carpet cleaning or water damage restoration at your home or business, you are likely to be receiving your service directly from the owners.
The two owners met while subcontracting carpet cleaning for another Rochester area carpet cleaning company about a year before starting Quick-Dry Carpet Care. Their business has grown due to satisfied repeat customers and their referrals as well as a great reputation for their services in the community. Providing customer

satisfaction is one of the things that Sam and Jim like best about their business, along with the freedom they enjoy as business owners. They use a low-moisture cleaning process that takes less time to dry than traditional methods that Sam use to sell. Among the additional benefits of the low-moisture process are providing a safer method of cleaning furniture, mattresses, and carpets as well as an aide to prevent mold and allergies. They also provide water damage restoration services for carpeting.
Quick-Dry Carpet Care is a member of two of their industry professional associations. The Institute of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification has certified their services as meeting or exceeding industry standards while the Low-Moisture Organization is the association for the process that is used.
Sam and Jim believe that business owners should support the needs of the communities where they do business and they support many local nonprofit organizations. This includes fund raising for the Kiwanis Club of Penfield-Perinton, Lollypop Farm, the Red Cross, Ontario Charities Classic, Monroe County Parks for Dogs, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Monroe County Volunteer Fireman’s Association, ARC Foundation of Monroe County, Christopher’s Challenge Fund, and the Webster Museum and Historical Society. Jim also is a volunteer counselor for the Via Health Asthma Camp.
They are active members in St. Cecilia’s Men’s Club and the Parrish Life Community. Other local business memberships include the Better Contractors Bureau, Penfield Business Association, & the Irondequoit Chamber.
