Why shop at Habitat ReStore?

Habitat for Humanity ReStores are nonprofit home improvement stores and donation centers that sell new and gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price.

By shopping, donating, or volunteering at Habitat ReStores, you help keep quality, usable home improvement items out of local landfills and help us build more decent, affordable housing in Rochester and around the world.

What can I find?

Habitat ReStores sell new and gently used appliances, cabinets, doors, flooring, furniture, hardware, lighting and fans, lumber, paint, plumbing and windows among other things.  For a full list of accepted items please visit ROCReStore.org.
Through shelter, we empower

Habitat for Humanity believes that no matter who you are, or where you come from, everyone deserves a decent place to live. We partner with people to help them build or improve a place they can call home.

Habitat homeowners help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. With your support, Habitat homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build a better life for themselves and for their families.
