Enrollment for Medicare plans is available for all newly eligible to Medicare. Annual Open Enrollment is October 15th to December 7th for effective date of January 1st. If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan, you can make a one-time plan change between January 1st and March 31st (change effective the 1st of the following month. If you have a Medicare special enrollment (loss of coverage, moving, etc.) you can enroll in a new Medicare Advantage Plan.
Open enrollment for individual & sole proprietor plans has been extended indefinitely in New York State - no qualifying event is needed.

The Webster Chamber of Commerce has health and dental insurance plans available to any individual or business in the Greater Rochester Area. You don't need to belong to the Chamber to get help with plan selection and enrollment. There is no cost to you for enrollment into a health plan.
We have Medicare Advantage, Medigap/Supplimental Plans and Part D plans, plans for individuals, sole proprietors, as well as small and large businesses. The Chamber has been providing health insurance since 1938!
The Chamber has plan enrollment for every age from most every insurance carrier that serves our region, including Excellus, Fidelis, MVP Healthcare and United Healthcare. Enrollment is available through the NY State of Health Exchange Marketplace - the NYS Exchange is the only place to obtain employer tax credits, advanced premium tax credits for individuals and families, Child Health Plus, and Medicaid.

Small group plans are available to employers with at least one employee (that gets a W-2), that is not an owner or the spouse of an owner, enrolled in a health plan.
