RE/MAX Plus (Rose Gabriele-Angell): Hi Everyone, Thought I would give a quick update regarding the real estate market in our local community, Webster. As I'm sure you have all heard, the real estate market is very active and very competitive. The main issue is the inventory of available homes for sale has not been able to meet the buyer demand. This is great news for sellers as the average sales price through June 2021 in Webster is now $279,642, which is +14.8%. Conversely, the homes for sale are down 30%. This creates a very competitive environment for buyers, which drives up the price of the homes listed for sale, with many homes selling for higher than list price and very attractive terms for the seller. The average number of Days on the Market is 6 days! Another significant factor for the active market are the super low mortgage interest rates, which benefits the buyers! Even with this competitive market, buyers can be successful with proper preparation and by working with the right real estate agent. These market stats are coming from our local Greater Rochester Association of Realtors. Other areas in Rochester are showing up with similar results. If anyone is interested in knowing more about whether now is a good time for you to take advantage of the opportunities in this market, please do not hesitate to contact me for a complimentary consultation.

You may just hear from me, Chris, or our intern Jake soon!
Henderson Ford (Randy Henderson): By now we have all heard about new vehicles being in short supply. Manufacturers are responding. For example, this is the second year in a row in which model years have been extended - coming into the 4th quarter. Simultaneously, Used vehicle prices have been on the rise. Henderson Ford wants you to know about Ford's 'strong' offer on 2021 Ecosports (automatic), starting at $16,995 after rebates. This is a fuel efficient vehicle (27 miles/gallon city driving; 29 highway). These Ecosports are equipped with: front wheel drive, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, telescopic steering wheel, rear view camera, remote keyless entry, dual stage airbags, and side canopy airbags. https://www.websterchamber.com/members/henderson-ford-mv-1-of-rochester-webster-ny
Dancing with Denise (Denise Baller): Hello Everyone! We have been busy at Dancing with Denise! In December, my Happy Feet dance group visited the Maplewood Nursing Home and travelled around the outside of the building “window to window” dancing for each resident! It was heartwarming to see the smiles on the residents faces as we gave each one of them a little performance! Meanwhile at the dance studio, my students couldn’t be happier to be learning in-person! We mask up and dance in our 6 foot squares learning our routines for our annual dance recital which will be held outdoors in June. Always accepting new students to come and join our Fun! Stay safe and looking forward to seeing everyone soon!

Premium Mortgage (Jamie Messner): Hello everyone! The Rochester real estate market is still hot and interest rates are still low! 2020 was a record breaking year in the mortgage industry and 2021 is going strong. I've been actively working with clients who are looking to purchase in the immediate future, as well as those who would like to set up a plan to purchase later in the year; specifically educating first time home buyers who aren't sure what to expect and who are feeling a little unsure about their options in the current market. If you have questions about the mortgage process or are looking to get preapproved, please contact Jamie Messner at 585-944-8876, email@example.com
Spectrum Business (Steve Conger): Happy New Year! I have been working with our customers to review their internet and phone services to make sure they are on the most current internet speeds and not paying for extra phone lines that they may not be using anymore due to changes in their office environment. I have had great success with some Chamber business owners in reducing the cost of their mobile service that we offer through Verizon's network but can provide at a lower rate as a Spectrum customer. Contact me if you would like a review of your services.
