Our dealership has welcomed: trucks, Explorers, and Edges. Also, the USED market is experiencing a price moderation (recently increased 10% in response to the COVID challenges with new vehicle production). We have also added to our USED inventory, as well, seeing a steady flow of new-to-you options appearing on our lot!

Corporate Communications Inc. (Vincent Hesketh): Hi folks. It should come as no surprise that recent research confirms COVID and lockdowns in general have changed consumer behavior and consumer demand significantly. More time online is coupled with the expectation that businesses will enhance the digital experience, including marketing initiatives and new ways to obtain products and services. The big (and hard) questions remain: what is the right digital engagement approach and marketing channel mix for your business? How and How Much? SEO, Email, and Content marketing ... are these still essential investments today? The short answer is Yes. We're helping to guide our partners down this path without breaking the bank. We can help you too. Thanks and good luck to all.

RE/MAX Plus (Rose Gabriele-Angell): Hi Everyone, Thought I would give a quick update regarding the real estate market in our local community, Webster. As I'm sure you have all heard, the real estate market is very active and very competitive. The main issue is the inventory of available homes for sale has not been able to meet the buyer demand. This is great news for sellers as the average sales price through June 2021 in Webster is now $279,642, which is +14.8%. Conversely, the homes for sale are down 30%. This creates a very competitive environment for buyers, which drives up the price of the homes listed for sale, with many homes selling for higher than list price and very attractive terms for the seller. The average number of Days on the Market is 6 days! Another significant factor for the active market are the super low mortgage interest rates, which benefits the buyers! Even with this competitive market, buyers can be successful with proper preparation and by working with the right real estate agent. These market stats are coming from our local Greater Rochester Association of Realtors. Other areas in Rochester are showing up with similar results. If anyone is interested in knowing more about whether now is a good time for you to take advantage of the opportunities in this market, please do not hesitate to contact me for a complimentary consultation.
