The information above will be the information publicly listed on the Chamber's website and member directory. If you have alternate contact information (such as a billing contact or billing address) please put that in the "Notes to the Chamber". 

Annual Business Membership year is October 1st to September 30th. Annual business membership dues for 2024 are $235/year, prorated quarterly.

Dues for membership for October 1st, 2023 to September 30th, 2024 are $235.00. Breakfast package is an additional charge.

Membership does not become active until payment has been received by check or credit card (call the office to process).

The Chamber publishes some or all of the business information you have listed on this form on the Chamber website, Chamber social media platforms and in the Member Directory. The default is we will publish ALL your information unless you opt out by telling us in the "Notes to the Chamber" which specific information you do not want published (such as an online businesses might not want their mailing address published). 

Emails from the Chamber will be sent to the contact email address listed above. List any additional addresses you would like to receive emails.
