St. Ann's Community Home & Heart
St. Ann’s Community promotes the highest level of independence, physical and spiritual well being of older adults in the Catholic tradition of excellence in care and services. The folks there care for the most important people on earth, “our seniors;” at St. Ann’s Home & Heart, which is located at 696 Ridge Road, their mission is to create partnerships and provide high quality caring services to the community. In addition, they endeavor to keep seniors in their homes vs. hospitals or nursing homes. They assist peoples with disabilities, seniors who are depressed and isolated and those who are in need of supervision. They also provide medication reminders, personal care such as showers, grooming, exercise, wellness programs, religious and educational activities, social engagements, field trips, intergenerational activities, daytime respite and support to families and caregivers.
Rola O'Meally has represented St. Ann’s Home & Heart as a member of the Webster Chamber of Commerce since their inception and can be seen frequently attending our breakfast networking meetings. She enjoys sharing the good work the Webster Chamber of Commerce does with people she meets and those with whom she is in partnership with.
