Founded in 2015 by Philip Miglioratti, after retiring from law enforcement, Value Storage Space is a locally owned self-storage facility. As the primary owner and operator, Phil started with the acquisition of the Holt Road facility, and later expanded with the addition of the Phillips Road location. This family-owned business has grown and thrived, becoming an essential resource for individuals and small businesses in the Webster, New York area.
The primary function of Value Storage Space is self-storage. They cater to the storage needs of individuals and small businesses, ensuring that they have a safe and secure space for their belongings. What sets them apart is the commitment to providing excellent customer service and flexible rental options. They understand that each customer's needs are unique, and we strive to accommodate them with month-to-month rentals, so they are never tied down by long-term contracts.
As the owner of Value Storage Space, LLC, Phil loves the chance to continue serving his community even after his retirement from the police force. Being able to help people in a different way while living in town and having a locally owned business is truly fulfilling.
The facilities are equipped with modern security systems, including surveillance cameras and on-site personnel, to ensure the safety of our customers' belongings. They offer 24-hour access to all their storage units, and for added convenience, they have drive-up access and online bill payment services. And as a token of their gratitude to those who serve our community, they proudly offer a 5% discount to active duty and retired military, law enforcement, fire service, and EMS personnel.
