Empire Realty Group
In 1984, Jim White was searching for a job as a machinist in the newspaper when an advertisement for a local realtor caught his attention on TV. Interested, Jim turned to the R section of the help-wanted section and found a listing for a realtor. He was drawn to the first line, "looking for a change," and thus started his career in real estate.
The next big change came in 2012 when Jim and Cheryl White established Empire Realty Group. With Jim having a broker's license and a desire to own his own company, they felt this was the next logical step. Currently, they have 115 independent real estate agents under Empire Realty Group and are continually expanding.
Empire Realty Group specializes in residential real estate and sets itself apart through its unwavering dedication to its customers and community. Their passion for excellence is evident in everything they do, and their top priority is helping customers find their perfect home. Jim has a passion for helping sales agents be the best they can be and ensuring successful transactions for their clients. With words like kindness, patience, and knowledge frequently appearing in customer reviews, it's clear that Jim has done a great job coaching the next generation of real estate agents.
In addition to being a member of the Chamber, Empire Realty Group supports various causes, such as the Good Shepherd Church and many youth sports teams in the area.
