We remember your name because you aren’t just a member – you’re an owner and important to us
We even offer special discounts to our members
Because We're Banking Done Different.
Unlike banks that earn profits for their shareholders, credit unions reinvest our revenue to offer better rates for our individual and business members. That means Kinecta can pay higher dividends on the money you save. And we charge lower rates on your credit cards, home mortgage loans, vehicle purchases and so much more.
But great rates are only the beginning. Because we’re smaller than the big banks, you matter more. Because we’re part of the community, we contribute more. And because you’re an owner as well as a member, you receive more benefits like discounts on products, services, and entertainment.
In short, Kinecta is a credit union that delivers everything you’d expect from a bank. And when you add outstanding service, great rates and special member benefits, you get something more. You get banking done different.
You don’t need to be a union member to join our credit union. There are four easy ways you can qualify for a Kinecta membership and none of them costs you a dime.
Any immediate family or household member of a Kinecta member
Any Select Employer Group (SEG) employee and their immediate family or household member
Anyone who lives, works, or studies in select zip codes in SoCal
Don't live in one of our select zip codes? No problem! Become a member of the Innovision Society - which makes you an eligible member - and Kinecta will cover your $10 membership fee
Becoming part of the Kinecta family only takes a few minutes, and the benefits can last for a lifetime.
Of course, you can always stop by a branch at your convenience.
For nearly 5 decades, vendors, members and employees donate their time and money to provide non-perishable Thanksgiving food items - along with a $75 grocery gift card - to over 1,000 local families in need.
Each July, members, vendors, and employees donate school supplies and backpacks to benefit less fortunate youth. Distribution is in partnership with Parents of Watts and other non-profit organizations.
